With the Tuono 457, Aprilia broke the tradition of creating a faired sports bike for the streets. While this Tuono is still an RS essentially, it looks more like a contemporary streetfighter with complete naked styling. There is no half-fairing to boot that would make it appear like the RS 457 (and a typical Tuono for that matter).

Pick any generation of this small powerhouse that the 390 Duke is and it would be a fantastic machine. From the first-generation to the present (third-generation), KTM has consistently improved the 390 Duke in one way or the other. Today, it is a more complete motorcycle than ever before.

This is one of the most important comparisons in the small adventure-bike segment - the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure X against the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. And though this is not the full-fledged KTM 390 Adventure (the one with spoke wheels and adjustable suspension), the 390 Adventure X will still very much do.

Aprilia recently launched the RS 457 and the Tuono 457 globally, powered by a parallel twin engine with a 270-degree crank.
